Wash face TWICE per day for OPTIMUM skin health





WASH your face! Morning and night....ESPECIALLY at night before bed. Wearing makeup to bed is epidermal suicide! Think of your skin as a s screen door. Dirt, makeup, environmentl elements, sebum (oil) and BACTERIA build-up onto your skin throughout the day;  it MUST be removed for optimum skin health (and to prevent break-outs). What happens to a screen when the holes are blocked? Oxygen and water are unable to penetrate.  The same theory applis with your follicles: thenskin needs to breathe people! Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize TWICE per day and exfoliate 2-3x week. 

Toning gets skin to the acidic pH level it NEEDS to be (5.5 is the number you want). If you have oily skin guess what, you need to moisturize as well, just use one that's oil-free.
