SUGAR is Acne's Fertilizer

SUGAR is inflammatory. Facial Acne FEEDS and RELIES on sugar to survive...it's like acne fertilizer!  Skin reacts HORRIBLY upon excessive sugar consumption (and I'm not gonna even mention love handles 😊).
